I’m Deepti Kundra, a design leader who believes great products don’t just solve problems—they inspire trust, spark delight, and create lasting impact. With 14+ years of experience across e-commerce, healthcare, social commerce, and enterprise platforms, I’ve helped shape digital ecosystems at scale—most recently at Walmart, where my work drove triple-digit growth for Vision Center and reimagined discovery through AI-powered personalization.

I believe great design lives at the intersection of empathy and data – rooted in human needs but measured by real outcomes. For me, success isn’t artifacts; it’s adoption, trust, and growth. I build systems that scale, empower teams to move faster, and create consistency across experiences.

Outside design, I throw wabi-sabi pottery, capture stories through photography and city treks, and gather health & wellness insights for a coffee table book. Travel and the people I meet spark endless ideas.

I’m focused on shaping the future of design at the intersection of AI, systems, and human-centered strategy—where storytelling meets scale. I believe the next wave of impact lies in continuing to learn: exploring behavioral science, understanding how people are consuming information in new ways, and examining the role algorithms play in shaping those experiences.
For me, the challenge, and the opportunity – is designing where technology, human behavior, and trust overlap, to create experiences that are both innovative and deeply human.
